Yennai Arindhaal Has Been Made In My Style Not Ajith's: Gautham Menon
Thala Ajith Kumar's upcoming movie Yennai Arindhaal will most likely hit screens early next year for Pongal. With each passing day, fans are becoming more and more curious to know what the film has to offer Ajith fans as Gautham Menon has a filmmaking style of his own.
In a recent interview, Gautham Menon has confirmed that the film has not been made to satisfy Ajith or his fans but was shot keeping the script in mind. What's interesting is that he has revealed that Ajith was the one who requested him to follow his style of filmmaking and asked him to avoid unnecessary punch dialogues that would hamper the script.
"Even when I was tempted to add a few scenes that his(Ajith) fans would love to see, he clearly told me not to divert from the script", said the Vaaranam Aayiram director. Talking about action sequences, Gautham has said, there are some serious action sequences and larger than life picturization but Ajith will look very real in all those scenes and there is nothing out of the script.
When asked how fans might react after watching this much anticipated movie, the director has said not just him but the entire crew is curious to know movie buffs' reaction after seeing Ajith in a new light.
Also there were rumours doing rounds that Yennai Arindhaal is a revenge drama to which the director has responded by saying, Yennai Arindhaal is a commercial drama which has thriller, sentiment, action, love and emotions. He has also revealed that it is about the journey of a man right from his childhood and what life makes him at the end.
